Orders will be dispatched within 2 - 4 business days & will be delivered within 10 working days of placing the order – depending on availability of stock.
No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed. Refund of the amount will be given only when the product is ‘OUT OF STOCK’ or ‘not shipped’.
Johns Umbrella will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info or recipient not present at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by Johns Umbrella for re-delivery shall be chargeable extra.
